Terms & Conditions


  • Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt. 

  • We will acknowledge your order by email and follow that up with an email confirming dispatch and a tracking number, if applicable.

  • Orders received over the weekend or during public holidays will be dispatched as soon as possible when we re-open for business. If your order is urgent please contact us for assistance. 

  • All orders are presently sent via tracked courier or by hand. 

  • If you have additional delivery instructions, please indicate this in the message box in the shopping cart.

  • Please provide your physical address for shipping as we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

  • Deliveries to rural delivery addresses will usually take a little longer.  Weekends, public holidays, adverse weather and other unforeseen events may cause additional delays.  Thank you for your patience in these circumstances.

  • Orders will be automatically dispatched to the address provided at checkout so please ensure that the correct shipping address is supplied.  Once your order has been dispatched we cannot change the shipping address or add additional items to the order.

  • Sorry – we aren’t able to ship orders to overseas addresses.


Delivery Charges
  • Shipping charges apply to all orders under NZ$100 unless a special shipping discount code applies.

  • Orders over NZ$100 will be sent freight-free, nationwide.

  • You must spend over NZ$100 to get free shipping, if a discount results in your order total being below NZ$100 a shipping charge may still apply.


Returns & Refund Policy

We expect that you will be completely satisfied with any goods and services you receive from More Bang Bath & Body.  However, in the unlikely event that a product does not meet your expectations please contact us immediately to arrange a solution – we’re here to help.

We have made a considerable effort to accurately describe the products we sell. In the event that goods are demonstrably not true to the description on our website or faulty, we will accept the goods for return and refund your money without hesitation.  We appreciate your understanding though that the goods sold are individually handcrafted and that there may be some variation between the product images and the product supplied. 

We accept responsibility for proper packaging and addressing the goods as instructed. If your order is mislaid or you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will work to rectify any such issues promptly.
